FOUNDER & CONSULTANT

W is an education consultant and organizational coach who transforms complex systems into actionable frameworks, drawing on over 15 years of leadership experience in summer camps, charter schools, and independent institutions. With master's degrees from Harvard in School Leadership and St. John's in Special Education, W has designed behavior management systems and coaching methodologies that have positively impacted thousands of educators and students. His presentations blend practical wisdom with research-backed strategies and just enough humor to make concepts stick, all while maintaining his core belief that "camp magic is real, y'all." When not helping organizations thrive, W can be found training his Samoyed, Atlas, to become a therapy dog or exploring the outdoors near his home in Plattsburgh, NY.

TRAINING, DATA & IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Julian Garcia is a dedicated leader in education and program management, specializing in data-driven decision-making and instructional design. At Thrive Point Studios, he manages the full lifecycle of client implementations, expertly bridging the gap between high-level strategy and practical execution. Julian is known for creating data tracking frameworks that measure coaching impact and program efficiency ensuring TPS keeps helping organizations be their best.

With a background as a Reading Interventionist and English Department Instructor, Julian brings deep expertise in curriculum development, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, and leveraging technology to enhance engagement. He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master of Science in Education from SUNY Plattsburgh and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Julian is passionate about fostering collaborative, high-performing teams and driving measurable outcomes through innovative learning solutions.
